Delay of Pool Opening - Fence Repairs

As the Managing Agent on behalf of the Association, the purpose of this email is to inform the homeowners that, due to ongoing fence repairs on the North-side of the pool, we will be delaying the opening of the pool until further notice.

Both Essex Association Management and the Board of Directors are working with our vendors as well as our insurance carrier to resolve this matter as soon as possible with warmer weather approaching. Please be on the lookout for an email update next week regarding the then-current status of repairs and an update on the anticipated opening date for the pool. We appreciate the homeowner’s understanding as we ensure the safety of our residents during the upcoming pool season.
