Update on Pool Fence Repairs

We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we work to resolve the ongoing fencing repairs around the community pool.

We are pleased to inform you that the HOA has officially signed a contract with a vendor to complete the necessary fence repair work. Over the past few weeks, we have been working diligently to finalize the insurance claim related to this issue, which has contributed to the delay in moving forward with the repairs.

While we do not yet have a confirmed completion date, we anticipate that the repairs will be completed relatively quickly now that we are able to proceed. We understand the importance of reopening the pool for the season and are doing everything we can to expedite the process.
