Pool Fence Repair and Reopening Update

We’re pleased to share that the insurance documentation for the pool fence repairs has been finalized, and the vendor is expected to begin work in the very near future. The masonry and fencing vendors have communicated with us that they need 3-4 consecutive days without rain in order to get started, but they are ready to begin once the forecast appears as such.

Once the repairs are completed and we receive final approval from the City, we will move forward with reopening the pool for the season. As soon as we have a confirmed reopening date, we will be sure to communicate it to all homeowners.
